The Adult Ministries handles a variety of areas, such as hospital visitation, benevolence, marriage counseling, water baptism, Sunday school, Wednesday Bible classes, Family Ministry, Sports Ministry and the list goes on. If you have questions about our Adult Ministries, please don't hesitate to contact us. Do you have a passion for the world, but currently cannot make a missions trip overseas? Then join the Adult Ministries as we minister to Native American Indians at the Crow Fair in Montana. There will be an informational meeting in Sherrick Hall immediately following the second service on February 24th. A light lunch will be provided. We hope to see you there!

We have several different “free market” groups at First Assembly in order for you to feel right at home. Through a variety of Bible classes, ministry outreaches and sports activities, there’s something for everyone. We exist to strengthen the family by encouraging people to share life together in multiple ways that have the ability to make an eternal impact. We sponsor family events such as camping, days at the lake, family enrichment conferences, sports outreaches and many more activities throughout the year in order for you to share life together with other families. We also offer Sunday morning and Wednesday night Bible classes to strengthen your walk with Christ. Come and be a part of our family. Membership class is required in order to become a member at First Assembly Ministries. The class is offered bimonthly. Class is held immediately following the second Sunday morning service, and lunch is provided. Reservations are not required unless childcare is needed.

Our water baptism services are held on the third Sunday of every month at 6:00 PM. Please contact the Adult Ministries office for more information, or you can pick up the Water Baptism packet at the Information Center.

Everyone believes that a “senior adult” is someone at least ten years older than they are. At First Assembly, we try not to use the term “senior adult,” since no one is in that group! Top Notch is advertised as a ministry for adults over 60, because most of us are. But quite often, people participating in Top Notch events have not reached that magic age. This is a ministry to and for adults who are interested in fun and fellowship.

Getting married is an exciting step in any person’s life! First Assembly Ministries is here to help you build a Christ-centered foundation for your marriage, and to help you become the husband or wife God intends for you to be. We recommend that you allow a minimum of six months to allow time for approval, premarital counseling, and for scheduling your desired date, room and pastor for your wedding. We offer a class called Prepare to Last which is designed to strengthen your relationship and help your marriage last. This class is required in order to be married here by one of our pastors.
